Aquafence

WINONE AQUAFENCE is a Super Hydrophobic Water/Solvent-based Non-film forming UV resistant coating for porous Building Materials from harmful effects of humidity, efflorescence and provides protection against moss and fungal growth.

WINONE AQUAFENCE will not be impacting look, feel and breathability of porous surfaces. Available in solvent and water based formulation as per site application.

MIXING RATIO & COVERAGE

  • Water based – Mix with water In ratio 1:8 to 1:10 dilution. Use good quality, potable water only.
  • Solvent based Ready to Use
  • Coverage:
    • Water-based = 4-5 Sq mt
    • a Solvent-based = 4-5 Sq mt

HOW TO APPLY

  • Surface Preparation – Make surface clean of dust, dirt, oil and stains
  • To remove Efflorescence, Fungus / Mold, use Winone Biowash to clean the surface.
  • Shake Winone Aquafence well before use and dilute
  • Apply on dry surface till saturation
  • Let the surface dry and cureup to 72 hrs

APPLICATION TOOLS

  • Low Pressure Sprayer

STORAGE

  • Store the Coating is a Clean and Dry place.
  • Best Use before 12 months from the Date of Manufacturing

  • Respiratory Protection – Use under normal conditions with adequate ventilation, no special respiratory protection is required for water based version. For Solvent based version, apply in well ventilated areas
  • Hand protection – Use latex gloves while application
  • Skin Protection – No specific protection required
  • Eye protection – Use protective eye gear while application
